About the role

Your Mission

As the Revenue Operations Manager, you will hold a pivotal position within our dynamic Revenue team. Your role will encompass a wide array of vital responsibilities, including measuring sales performance, conducting forecasting, and optimizing revenue streams. Through your expertise in data analysis, strategic thinking, and effective stakeholder communication, you will provide invaluable insights that shape our growth trajectory and empower our sales leadership to make well-informed decisions. By collaborating closely with GTM functions and finance, you will champion continuous improvement initiatives, fostering alignment towards shared objectives and making a substantial contribution to the overall success of Adsquare.  Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough analysis of revenue actuals at both market and Sales/Account Manager levels to evaluate market performance and assist the VP Revenue and market leads in preparing for 1:1 discussions 
  • Collaborate with market leads to assess team performance based on revenue actuals, aiding in strategic decision-making 
  • Analyze product adoption trends among markets and clients, offering insights to inform product strategy and client engagement 
  • Monitor and manage revenue forecasts on a market-specific basis, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals 
  • Drive the standardization of the forecasting process by streamlining existing tools (Google Sheets, market-specific sheets, etc.) and implementing efficient forecasting methodologies using Adsquare’s CRMÂ
