We’re looking for an ambitious ​Senior Sales Operations Manager to join Bolt Business. You will be the face of the sales tools used by the business, responsible for the overall management of the platforms (Salesforce and Groove). About the roleIn this role, you will be responsible for leading the team, gathering requirements, designing solutions, and implementing configurations on Salesforce.com. You will develop methodology and best practices for the sales teams, and drive platform adoption of all users. Additionally, you will manage the Salesforce roadmap and all platform initiatives, and you will be involved in growth strategy discussions alongside Country Sales Managers, Regional Sales Managers, and Head of Sales Operations.
