About the role
This team is responsible for scouting and hiring top talent globally across more than 45+ markets for business roles.
In our rapidly growing, multi-vertical environment, adaptability and innovation are essential. We function as strategic partners, working closely with hiring managers and directors across all business domains.
Your daily adventures will include:

Managing full-cycle recruitment processes across our 45+ markets and HQ.

Collaborating closely with hiring managers to grasp the nuances of each position, team dynamics, cultural alignment, and core values.
</li>
<li>
Forging partnerships with various business units to align recruitment strategies with organizational objectives.
</li>
<li>
Crafting sourcing strategies to attract and engage top-tier talent, as well as, interviewing, and selecting exceptional talent.
</li>
<li>
Leveraging data insights to inform decision-making and optimize outcomes.
</li>
<li>
Representing Bolt professionally and warmly as the first point of contact.
</li>
<li>
Consistently delivering an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
</li>
<li>
Actively contributing creative ideas to enhance our processes, improve our employer brand, and elevate our recruitment efforts.
</li>
</ul>
About you:
<ul>
<li>
5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in an agency or in-house.
</li>
<li>
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
</li>
<li>
Evidence of building strong partnerships and earning trust with Senior Stakeholders.
</li>
<li>
Experience closing senior-level candidates and negotiating offer terms.
</li>
<li>
Ability to deliver challenging recruitment projects on time.
</li>
<li>
Startup mindset and hunger to achieve great results.
</li>
<li>
Experience in a hyper-growth stage tech startup is an advantage.
</li>
</ul>
