About the role

Cequens is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. The HRBP will play a key role in supporting HR operations, employee relations, and various other HR functions. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of HR operations, employee relations, and other relevant HR functions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively collaborate with business leaders to drive organizational success through HR initiatives. Responses

  • Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR expertise and guidance on all aspects of HR operations, employee relations, and other HR functions.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
