About the role

As a leader in the ESG field, Deepki accelerates the transition of real estate players towards net- zero and in achieving their sustainability goals. We are looking to grow our team with talented individuals who share our energy and motivation to accelerate the transition to net-zero an international scale. In order to strengthen our growth, we are looking for a Key Account Manager.Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and lead the in-life account strategy for a group of named key accounts
  • Plan and execute account development plans, identify customer needs and opportunities for Deepki to deliver greater value
  • Build a strong and diverse network of stakeholders, at all levels within a customers organisation, and matching these with Deepki colleagues where necessary
  • Mobilise and co-ordinate in-house resource and expertise to create high-impact solutions and commercial proposals
  • Anticipate, plan and manage the lifecycle events of the key accounts: tenders, contract renewals, negotiations, manage customer satisfaction, etc to maximise ARR and retention.
  • Establish deep and lasting customer relationships to reinforce Deepki's reputation as a committed and trusted partner
  • Uncover and manage commercial opportunities (installation, subscription, upsales)
