Your mission

As a Business Development Manager at our Hamburg location, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and managing relationships with key business partners. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our company's growth and market expansion efforts.Â

  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the industry to drive business growth. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop mutually beneficial business strategies and initiatives. 
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and industry trends. 
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements ensuring terms are aligned with company goals and objectives. 
  • Monitor and evaluate partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. 
  • Act as a liaison between our company and business partners, ensuring effective communication and relationship management. # Your profile
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, economics, or a related field. 
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or a related role. 
  • Proven track record of successfully establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships. 
  • Strong business expertise and ability to understand market dynamics and identify growth opportunities. 
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.Â
