About the role

Your mission

The HR Generalist ensures efficient payroll management, handles key administrative tasks, and fosters a positive employee experience. You will also advise management on HR-related matters, significantly impacting employee satisfaction, retention, and organizational success. Responsibilities:Â

  • Handle the monthly payroll accounting 
  • Manage employee administration 
  • Advise and support our managers on all matters related to employees, labor law, and organization 
  • Coordinate and assist with employee evaluations, development talks, and personal development measures. 
  • Support the administrative hiring process and be responsible for the successful onboarding of new talents 
  • Work on employer branding, particularly in university marketing 
  • Manage employee well-being by ensuring a good working atmosphere, maintaining a culture of recognition and appreciation, and actively contributing to a strong corporate culture 
  • Act as a point of contact for employees in Germany to discuss concerns, provide feedback, and share ideas  # Your profile
  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in operational HR roles 
  • You have experience in payroll accounting (preferably knowledge in DATEV) 
  • You have basic knowledge of labor and social security law 
  • You have a hands-on mentality, are dynamic, and enjoy working with people 
  • Your strengths include the ability to work in a team and independently, as well as a high level of results-driven attitudeÂ
