About the role

IKH is a leading Software & Robotics Solutions company operating internationally. Within just a couple of years, our team grew up more than 80%, we moved into a new spacious and modern office, and we kicked off 2024 with several new and exciting projects in digital transformation, custom software and robotics. We are now looking for an experienced User Helpdesk Engineer with strong technical skills and solid working experience to work with our in-house software team in new outsourced projects. Responsibilities:Testing / QA:

  • Perform testing of configured modules and customizations to ensure functionality and performance meets business requirements.
  • Document test cases and assist stakeholders on UAT. Training Preparation and Delivery:
  • Undergo intensive training provided by the Service Now implementation team.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the functional use of the tool within our business context.
  • Design and deliver effective training sessions to business users on the proper use of Service Now. User Support:
  • Act as Level 1 support for business users, addressing queries and troubleshooting issues.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure users are confident and proficient in using Service Now
