Help us in the role as Commercial Director B2B & Offline Channels (m/f/d) to significantly drive KoRo's expansion in national and international markets.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance penetration in existing markets and identify opportunities in new markets.
  • Oversee all aspects of our B2B relationships, including negotiation and management of contracts with major retailers and partners.
  • Expand and support our offline franchise model, ensuring operational excellence and brand consistency.
  • Innovate and implement strategies to capture new business opportunities in emerging channels like snacking machines, cafes, and fuel stations.
  • Lead & build a diverse team of sales and account managers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and high performance.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain high satisfaction levels among key accounts, ensuring our brand remains a preferred partner. # Your profile
  • You have minimum of 10 years of professional experience in sales or business development, with substantial experience in the food retail sector
