If you have a strong affinity for learning & development, Lepaya is the company to work for!  We're hiring a proactive Senior Strategic Account Manager in the Netherlands to join our Finance industry team. You'll handle large multinational clients, driving Lepaya's success through strategic planning, relationship management, and consultative sales. Your responsibilities include scoping projects and deals, setting milestones and timelines, and creating strategic customer plans to enhance results, alongside your focus on new business growth and churn management. Importantly, you won't be working alone – our collaborative team is dedicated to maximizing individual and collective potential through mutual assistance and support. An example is a solutions team dedicated to helping you provide the best, state-of-the-art solutions to any client needs you have identified.

What you’ll bring 
  • Min 5+ years of experience as a Strategic Account Manager (SAM) in a Consulting, Psychometrics, L&D, or similar industry 
  • Demonstrated success in business development and/or building and nurturing relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills
