Senior Customer Service and Facilities Assistant - Fixed term
  • Location: Cobham
  • Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week, 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday
  • Salary: £28,500 per annum

It's a great time to join us and we are looking for a Senior Buildings and Communities Coordinator and  to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract.  About the role Internally we call our Customer Service & Facilities Assistants “Buildings and Communities Coordinators” as it's a varied role that will include a mixture of face to face customer service as well as ensuring we are fully compliant with everything relating to the health & safety of our development. There is no such thing as a typical day as a Building and Communities Coordinators but you will lead on the following responsibilities:
  • General customer service and being the first point of contact for our owners and tenants
  • Regular checks which could include fire alarm testing, water flushing and emergency light testing
