Hi there! 👋 Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving innovation and creating impactful software solutions? At Showpad, we're looking for a Senior Product Manager to help us in shaping the strategic direction and roadmap for our Level 2 Sales Content Management (SCM) use cases, and is excited of working with a dynamic team to deliver exceptional products that exceed customer expectations. What You'll Do:

  • Strategize & Execute: Define and drive product initiatives and EPICs, aligning with Showpad's objectives and customer needs.
  • Innovation Leader: Become a subject matter expert in Level 2 SCM use cases, identifying opportunities for innovation through market research and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate & Launch: Work closely with cross-functional AMPED teams to develop and launch new features, gathering and prioritizing product requirements.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Engage with stakeholders and customers to gather feedback, conduct user interviews, and validate product assumptions through continuous product discovery activities.
  • Mentorship & Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product managers, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and professional growth.
  • Metrics & Insights: Track and analyze product performance metrics, developing business cases and recommending improvements based on customer and market insights.
