Job Description

The Service Back Office coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the service department, ensuring support to our planning and scheduling of staff, and maintaining records and documentation related to service operations. The role involves coordinating with various teams to optimize workforce allocation and enhance service delivery. Administrative support:

  • Manage service department documentation, including work orders, service reports, and customer records
  • Handle correspondence and communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Monitor and support the planning team to schedules in response to changing priorities, emergencies, and staff availability.
