The total human resources of the Company consist of experienced individuals, of high scientific training. OTS employs more than 180 staff on a permanent basis, 75% of whom are involved in software development and customer support. At OTS we place great emphasis on the continuous development of each colleague. From the first days, each new colleague joins a productive team and starts following a structured training program, with the daily support of a mentor. Upon completion of his training, he is now ready to take on his first responsibilities in the work of the team.
