The Danish Speaking Customer Support Specialist will deliver support to Scandinavian customers, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a knowledge base for Fleet Complete products.

Responsibilities include answering calls and emails, solving issues on first contact, updating the internal database, and building customer relationships.

Fluency in Danish and English, 1+ years in tech support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently are required. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

The position requires working shifts from Monday to Sunday, covering hours from 6 am to midnight, with a 5-day, 8-hour shift schedule.
