About us Abergeldie is a locally owned contractor with over 25 years’ industry experience in Australia and New Zealand. We design and deliver projects in the Water, Bridges, Transport, Underground, Energy and Remediation industry sectors. Projects include dams, bridges, tunnels, water and wastewater treatment process facilities, rail infrastructure, mining infrastructure, electrical substations, marine works and pipeline rehabilitation: the complex infrastructure needed to build better communities. About the role We are looking for a talented and experienced Submissions Coordinator to join our Pre-Contracts team. You will be involved in coordinating the delivery of high-quality tenders and supporting collateral that showcase Abergeldie’s capability as well as maintaining up to date bid tools and resources. You will help to coordinate the tender process ensuring we meet key milestones and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop winning tenders. You will be working across a national portfolio and this role will be based in Sydney. About you The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role within the Construction/Civil Engineering industry. Effective communication, excellent teamwork, and keen attention to detail are qualities we highly value in this role.
