Engineering Manager

ActiveCampaign’s Engineering Managers have varying technical backgrounds and interests and are heavily involved in the technical details of their team. As a manager, your main focus would be keeping your teams efficient and executing on the right goals. • Contribute to and implement on the organization’s vision and standards around security, quality, observability and clean code.
• Lead a team of talented Engineers who like to ship code and tackle engineering problems.
• Collaborate with peers in customer success, marketing and product to understand business and technical needs.
• Maintain rigor in high code quality, automated testing, and other engineering best practices.
• Identify and execute on opportunities to continuously improve the team’s ability to meet customers’ needs.
• Support legacy and modern services and applications in the public cloud and deploy them through CI/CD practices.
