About the role

Advantage FSE is seeking a detail-oriented and organized junior HR Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our HR function, while working closely with various teams within the company, contributing to the overall success of our organization. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, managing resumes, and maintaining our CV database.
  • Supporting the onboarding and offboarding process for new hires and departing employees.
  • Providing general administrative support, including answering phone calls, managing emails, and handling office correspondence.
  • Assisting with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries.
  • Assisting with the planning and organizing of HR events & activities.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and managing expenses for employees.
  • Contributing to the maintenance of internal communication tools, such as the company intranet and newsletter.
  • Managing office supplies and equipment, including ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and coordinating repairs as needed.
