Accountant Finance, Accounts Payable (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for an AP Accountant (m/f/d) to join our accounting department. The ideal candidate should have a strong affinity with numbers, a strong analytical mindset, and be able to work with our accounting team to support our business operations. As an AP Accountant, you will work under the direction of experienced accountants and share responsibility for accounts payable.

• Checking and posting incoming invoices according to all legal requirements
• Clarifying and reconciling accounts payable and processing open items. 
• Contributing to the digitalization of processes in the Accounts Payable area
• You will support the review and posting of travel and expense reports in compliance with operational, legal, and tax regulations.
• You will be involved in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under HGB and IFRS
• You will be responsible for maintaining the accounts payable master data
• You are the contact person for suppliers and internal departments as well as auditors # Essential Skills
• Completed commercial training with a focus on accounting or a relevant degree (Bachelor's  or Master's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field)
