About the role

Your Responsibilities

Lead and manage software development projects using agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software products
Facilitate scrum processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Coordinate with multiple scrum teams to align priorities, synchronize delivery, and drive the release process.
Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders, providing transparency and clarity on project progress
Mentor team members on agile best practices, ensuring adherence to established processes and fostering a collaborative and empowered team environment # Essential Skills
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience (2 years) as a Software Project Manager in an agile environment.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar agile certifications.
Familiarity with the SAFe framework and experience acting as a Scrum Master
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with software development tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Agile management platforms.
