Maximise Refractive business growth through:-    Regional WaveLight Laser business development and support;-    Regional patient outcomes monitoring, analysis and escalation;-    Facilitate Global and regional training managers to deliver WaveLight training course and training support to local affiliate. ● Provide Refractive Sales/Clinical support to the region in order to attain Refractive sales budgets and benchmark clinical outcomes.● Assess, identify and deliver the needs of Key Regional Refractive practices to support of Regional refractive business development.● Communicate with relevant doctors and staff members within regional KOL practices to develop practice performance Management.● Maximise Regional Refractive business through WaveLight technology marketing and sales support.● Provide timely feedback to Area Refractive Business Manager and Area Directors/ CountryGeneral Managers on Refractive business needs.● Train Alcon Refractive staff on the theory and techniques of improving Refractive Diagnostics measurements as required.● Review refractive patient files and data as required● Comply…
