About the role

Position Description:As Medical Information Officer, you will provide Medical Information services as requested by our customers ensuring high quality and efficiency standards. Principal Responsibilities Include:· To review slide sets content · To draft reports for each individual product with the following information related to the solar year; number of queries received by Medical Information for each product; type of queries in relation to each product; type of petitioners · To create Patient and HCP Insight report · To join Patient Insight Meeting · To support the management of the Patient Support Program · To be the focal point of clients’ incoming calls and e-mails Skills and Experience Required: · Degree in communication, foreign languages or scientific area with interest in the scientific communication field. · English level, good · MS Office Suite, good . Knowledge of principal social media platforms, good · Quality focus · Team player skill
