Senior project manager

The "Senior Project Manager" manages our client's projects, accordingly to b.research processes, from the solution definition to its release and then all along the solution exploitation and until its closure. He/She plays a pivotal role between the client and the b.research Production team. He/She is the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline. He/she reports to the Senior Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers. He/She will demonstrate excellent client-facing and internal communication skills allowing to propose relevant solutions in complex situations to achieve mutual satisfaction. Responsibilities · Coordinate internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects · Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget and produce the desired results · Assist the client in the project definition; gather and analyze project requirements · Collaborate with the production team to define how the requirements should be set-up within the solution · Attend all meetings with clients and coordinate the relationship with the client and all stakeholders · Ensure the writing and update of all the quality insurance documents related to the project, accordingly…
