Job Purpose: To be responsible for the development and delivery of the Alphega Pharmacy UK Dispensing & Pharmacy Services strategy and operating plan. To be the recognised Pharmacist ‘Expert’ for Alphega Pharmacy UK members and suppliers, setting and enforcing Healthcare standards. With the overriding aim of:

• Ensuring that Alphega Pharmacy UK meets its 3 year business plan
• Ensuring compliance with Alphega Pharmacy UK members
• Building brand loyalty with Alphega Pharmacy UK members and suppliers
• Building a network of relationships with progressive thinkers (internal and external) to enable business goals ## Principal Accountabilities: 1. Dispensing & pharmacy services strategy developmentDevelop and implement the long-term dispensing & pharmacy services strategy for Alphega Pharmacy UK, to ensure that budgets are met and that there is a clear point of difference versus competitor virtual chains, buying groups and pharmacy support bodies (e.g. NPA, Numark).
