Under close supervision of Customer Service Control Center Supervisor, you will become an integral part of high performing central customer focused team in Vilnius and provide customers courteous, professional, and efficient back-office service at all times. In conjunction with local office, you will be responsible for planing, generating and monitoring shipments. You will be point of contact for our selected internal and external customers – usually by phone or via email.
