With the rapid expansion of our Bulgarian office, we are looking for a highly-motivated person to join our team as a CS & Sales Representative with German. Responsibilities:

  • Providing online troubleshooting and assisting the customers with any query that arises through available communication channels (email and chat);
  • Providing an excellent level of service and making sure that the customer’s request is answered and assisted accordingly, in order to contribute to an excellent customer experience with us;
  • Achieving up-sales, conversions and decline solutions by chat and phone calls;
  • Performing proactive phone calls to customers according to predefined segments;
