What you will be doing: Key responsibilities

IT Support:

Tech Assistance: Provide first-level tech support to staff, along with laptop setups for new joiners this will include basic user account management such as account creation, password resets, and email group memberships within systems such as Active Directory & Google Workspace. Arranging account closures and the return of equipment for leavers. Configuring, distributing and collecting office keycards for building access.
