The Professional Services team at Asana is growing and we are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader who can create the next generation of delivery excellence at Asana. Our Professional Services team are committed to helping customers adopt Asana as both a technology product and a holistic approach to collaboration across their organisation. You will lead a team that strives to help customers across EMEA countries and industries through our in-house consultants and our Solutions partners, to get them off on the right foot and continue to get the most value out of the tool over time. The Professional Services Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of Asana for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, client engagement, and leadership. You will join a growing team that is instrumental in helping our customers thrive, and in ensuring Asana achieves its revenue goals. This role is based in our London office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
