Operations Buyer

We are working to increase vehicle safety by developing seatbelts, airbags and steering wheels and you can be part of our team as Operation Buyer for Airbag Europe. If you think you'll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:

• Leader of crisis Supplier Management with potential impact on component deliveries
• Global Component allocation management between several plants, according to “Part Number Allocation Process”
• Negotiation with suppliers to solve logistics escalations.
• Needs vs capacity follow-up for key components.
• Supplier Coordinator securing Autoliv plants.
• Service Parts Purchasing Management
• Discuss with suppliers manufacturing issues and support making corrective action plan. and if you have/are:
• Master’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
• Purchasing/Supply Chain experience in Automotive industry (preferable)
• Advanced communication skills in English, German/French will be a plus
• Experience with manufacturing technologies
• Ability to assess constraints and limitations of a manufacturing process
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
