Training and Development Professional

AutoStore is seeking a Training and Development Professional:  We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training and Development Professional to join our team.   As a T&D Professional, you will play a pivotal role in educating and training our partners on a range of technical subjects/courses. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and knowledge transfer. This role involves designing, developing, and delivering effective training programs to ensure participants acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.  Key Tasks and Responsibilities:Instruction and Delivery:

• Act as primary instructor for technical trainings, both in-person and online. Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for diverse audiences, adapting teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles. 
• Utilize various instructional techniques, including demonstrations, workshops, and presentations, to enhance the learning experience.  Subject Matter Expertise: 
• Maintain a high level of expertise in relevant technical domains to effectively answer questions, provide guidance, and address challenges during training sessions. 
• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to enhance training content and ensure accuracy. 
• To be responsible for and maintain the AutoStore Academy technical training facility.
