• Overlook full P&L of GRS business in South Asia and ASEAN and partner with Commercial and Marketing team to drive organization revenue and margin goals
• Manage closing, financial controls, Compliance, forecasting, budgeting and process
• Ensure all reports and disclosures are compliant with applicable regulations, professional standards, and organization policies
• Manage the planning and coordination of the preparation and distribution of financial management reports
• Lead discussions in forecasting, annual plan and strategic plan with management 
• Analyze significant variances from planned or forecasted results and provide interpretative comments and recommendations to senior management.
• Facilitate and coordinate in new business model for financial assessments and process establishment
