About the role

Capital Senior Manager This is a great opportunity for someone who has a passion for leading and driving improvements within the Capital & Actuarial world. A bit about the job: The Group Actuarial & Capital Change (GACC) team has new E grade opportunities to support deliveries across the North Star programme. North Star is the new Finance Transformation programme, looking to drive efficiencies and improvements across the function. GACC specifically is looking at Capital processes, covering Solvency 2 sensitivities, Asset Liability Management and Capital Working Day timetable. GACC is an amazing team to work in. We are currently a team of around 30 individuals spread across Bristol, York, London and Warsaw. These new opportunities will be based in York or Bristol. There is a great team culture, focussed on delivering as a team utilising our unique strengths. Lead specific initiatives within the wider North Star programme with a focus on delivery of defined outcomes
Collaborate with the BAU teams to transform capital processes removing effort and reducing the time taken to perform the process by developing processes using a range of tools and techniques.
