Claims Service Manager Salary: National - £35,000 - £45,000 / London – circa £55,000 – depending on experience An excellent opportunity has arisen in our Commercial Claims division for someone excited to support the development and delivery of the operating plan for the unit, within overall department strategy, guidelines and Aviva Brand Values! The successful candidate will be confident in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders in order to identify opportunities for service improvement and ensure commercial viability and customer satisfaction. Due to regular client site visits, this position will require the ability and flexibility to travel as and when required. A bit about the job: The Claims Service Manager will use their professional expertise to provide customer support services for Commercial claims, which includes working closely with internal stakeholders in the acquisition of new business and the retention of existing business through enhanced claims services.
