The position requires a confident, strong interpersonal individual with communication skills who has the ability to develop, and maintain relationships with Business Unit Staff/clients, vendors, and service providers. The primary purpose of this position is to ensure our offices and cafeteria spaces are maintained in accurate working order. The position will be supporting the day-to-day operations, general maintenance and repairs for our Markham, Oakville, and Toronto locations while coordinating the general facility maintenance of our 10 other offices across Canada. Taking a proactive approach in identifying areas in need of repair including and not limited to HVAC, systems furniture build outs, reconfiguration and dismantle of workstations.
