About the role

Do you have experience and interest in medical and life insurance claims? Do you have medical knowledge and would like to apply it within an Insurance company? Aviva is looking for an Executive to join their Claims Management Team. If you have what it takes to contribute towards claims management in an evolving healthcare landscape, you may be the person we are looking for! Role Purpose · Assess and process local and overseas claims from both hardcopy and electronic claim submissions. · Handle follow-ups on claims with unsuccessful bank transfers. · Request and follow-up on the creation of insured members and medical service providers for affected claims. · Prepare claim settlement letters and scan claims documents to shared drive. · Update Statements of Accounts relating to hospital bills settlements. · Manage and reply emails for common mailboxes. · Following up with clinics/ hospital for enquiries on billing details. Education Qualifications a. Completed Health Insurance Certificate, M5 & M9 b. Diploma or Degree Required Capabilities a. Minimum 3 years of Claims Experience in both Medical and Non-Medical products b. Good Microsoft Office Skills (e.g Word, Excel, Powerpoint)c.
