Head of People Transformation– 18month Fixed Term ContractSalary: circa £110,000 We are looking for a Head of People Transformation to lead the people transformation plan for a very large, multi-year, business change programme on a 18month fixed term contract basis. Reporting to the People Operations Strategy Director you will be expected to collaborate with Senior Stakeholders, the People Business Partners and the wider People function team. You will focus on the people side of business change, leading the business as it adapts to shifts in business processes, systems, and ways of working; owning the People plan. A bit about the job: The People Function is made up of HR professionals including Strategic Workforce Planning, Org Design, Talent Acquisition, Development, Learning, Reward and Business Partnering.
