Head of PropositionSalary national circa £115,000London circa £130,000 We are currently recruiting for a Head of Proposition to be a part of our Retail General Insurance (GI) team. Our Retail business is a key growth engine within GI - Personal Lines and directly attract customers through our Aviva, Quote Me Happy and General Accident Brands. Our strategy is to utilise our brands to deliver differentiated propositions designed to attract different customer segments and provide them all with the great service that they require. This role will focus on Retail Personal Lines and it’s a significant component of GI to assist with Aviva’s growth plans.
