IT Supplier Support Specialist – 6-months Fixed Term Contract - Salary circa £35,000 Are you someone who is looking for their potential to be recognised and developed in a highly supportive team and a business unit, that offers a varied and interesting role? A bit about the job: As an IT Supplier Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing supplier performance, supplier risks and continuous improvement across a broad range of large strategic IT suppliers. You will build a strong relationship with colleagues who are all led by the purpose of working with our suppliers to deliver a brilliant customer and colleague experience. You will also have the chance to work with multiple IT organisations & technologies, develop your supplier relationship management skills and progress your career at Aviva. Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Good stakeholder and relationship management skills.
• An understanding of IT service management practices or experience in service performance management.
• Someone who is organised and able to effectively prioritise with a growth mindset looking to improve.
