Multinational Captives Lead

Multinational Captives Lead Are you a specialist in captive fronting and want to use your skills to design a framework for both Multinational and UK programmes? This will be a key capability in GCS as we look to diversify Internationally and be a £3bn portfolio by the end of 2027. The ability to front for a captive will give GCS the opportunity to underwrite larger Global entities as well as key UK clients. This capability will be critical to allow GCS to meet our Multinational growth targets. A bit about the job: This role will take ownership of building out a captive fronting framework to support large complex customers who use a captive to optimise their risks and exposures. The Captive Lead will design and implement the new framework and be responsible for joining up all the downstream activities to ensure a streamlined process. Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Must have extensive experience in captive fronting and reinsurance
• Requires excellent collaboration & negotiation skills to work with key internal stakeholders
