National Property Claims Examiner

We are currently looking to hire an National Property Claims Examiner to join our National Property Claims team. In this role, you will be responsible for both the oversight and management of third party adjusted claims and direct handled claims. Unlike the large loss adjusters who are on site and gather information directly, the examiners provide direction and oversight over the execution of the required steps and customer service rendered by a Third Party Adjuster. You will ensure alignment with Aviva's best practices and handling procedures. You will manage the IA in the investigation, quantification, analysis, adjustment, and settlement of property claims. With a focus on quality and customer service, you will need to work with appropriate specialists and premier vendors. The work will be conducted in an efficient manner to control the indemnity spend and expenses without compromising the delivery of outstanding customer service. Come join our team! What you'll do:
