Cost and Resource ManagerLocation: York or BristolSalary: Circa £45k This is a great job for someone with the ability to take ownership of ensuring all workstreams provide inputs to financial processes in a timely manner and provide quality assurance on their adherence to finance processes. A bit about the job: Plan A is a highly material transformation of the UK Life (IWR) business.  The total costs of the transformation are forecast to be c. £400m. To ensure costs remain under control and the programme is correctly resourced to deliver, it is important that we have oversight of current and future resourcing demand for this Programme and associated central costs. The Costs & Resource Manager will co-ordinate the tracking and analysis of our Central Programme costs and responsible for delivering against resourcing requirements for the programme overall.  The role will be working with internal and external stakeholders understand the demands of the programme, skills required, and ensure robust processes around on/off boarding people into the programme.
