Regulatory Engagement Manager – Salary circa £70,000 We have an exciting new opportunity in our Aviva Group Risk team to join as a Regulatory Engagement Manager. A bit about the job: As the Regulatory Engagement Manager, you support the Regulatory Engagement team in developing and maintaining a positive and constructive relationship with the UK regulators (PRA, FCA and tPR). Our team coordinates all of Aviva’s engagement with its regulators, gaining unique insight into strategic direction and key projects across the organisation. This includes providing support for regulatory meetings by briefing senior Aviva stakeholders (typically ExCo and Board-level) on the current regulatory agenda, and attending these meetings to keep a record. We also identify and escalate emerging supervisory themes arising through engagement activities.In this role you will be an integral part of the Risk team, engaging across all 3 lines of defence and Aviva business units to coordinate communications with the regulators.
