Regulatory Engagement Manager - Salary Starting from £40,000 DOE.This role is focused on supporting the regulatory relationship for the UK businesses. A bit about the job: The UK regulatory environment that Aviva operates in is complex and challenging. As one of the largest insurers in the UK, Aviva is subject to a significant level of regulatory scrutiny. It is critical that Aviva manages its regulatory relationships in a consistent and joined-up way. As Regulatory Engagement Manager, you will be supporting the Regulatory Affairs team in managing the relationship with the regulators of Aviva’s UK businesses to maintain their confidence of and support for the strategy of the businesses. Aviva operates a “smart-working” policy meaning that we spend approximately half of our time working in an office, and this role is based in; London.Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Experience in UK financial services, including at the regulator(s). Experience in the GI and/or Life sector preferable.
• Experience managing relationships with senior stakeholders and regulators.
• Experience supporting regulatory interventions and strong knowledge of best practice.
