Senior Claims Executive

Aviva is looking for a Senior Executive to join their Claims Management Team. • Responsible for the day to day life claims operation duties within the team, ensuring valid claims are assessed according to Policy’s terms & benefits and within the claim authority limit.
• Compute the amount of benefit payable and ensure claims are settled within the agreed turnaround time.
• Provide guidance and on the job training to enhance the competencies of the Claims Executives in better handling the portfolios assigned.
• Provide training to intermediaries on claims processes or policy coverage.
• Provide support, face-to-face meeting and resolve customers and intermediaries’ complaints.
• Perform and support in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide claims statistics and reporting timely.
• Comply with regulatory and risk management controls, corporate policies, procedure and claims guidelines. Education Qualifications
