About the role

What you'll be doing Currently, we are looking for a Data Entry Specialist to join our diverse team of professionals. In this role, you will be in charge of order management and other recurring operations in the purchasing department. How you'll spend your day

  • Booking freight
  • Confirming received orders, making sure that they are delivered on time
  • Keeping track of outgoing orders and making sure they are confirmed
  • Updating pricing and answering price-related questions from accounting
  • Weekly net stock preparation
  • Answering inquiries via company email You'll be successful if you have
  • Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
  • Effective communication, data entry, and matching skills
  • Previous experience working in supply chain/logistics/purchasing would be an advantage
  • Advanced level of education preferred (can be a student)
  • High attention to detail, responsibility, and time management
