Real Estate - Data Collector

As a Real Estate Data Collector your primary responsibility will be to collect and analyse real estate data, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for the organisation. You will be responsible for visiting real estate offices and various properties, conducting surveys, taking photographs, and supporting the sales team as needed. Additionally, you will be expected to achieve data collection targets and provide daily reports to your direct manager. In this role, you will:

• Data Collection: Visit real estate offices and various properties to collect relevant data, including property details such as size, location, amenities, pricing, license/owner details and availability. Gather information through surveys, interviews, walk-ins and telecommunication.
• Photography: Conduct on-site photoshoots of different housing and office locations to capture high-quality photographs for marketing and documentation purposes. Ensure that the images accurately represent the properties.
