About the role

The role, at a glance:   The Regional Education Account Manager specializes in the sales and application of audio, video, and control solutions within the Higher Education and K – 12 market. We are looking for candidates in the US East Coast region. For a full list of all US states eligible for hire, please refer to the bottom of this job posting.How you'll contribute:

  • Creating and implementing an education market sales strategy for the region.   
  • Driving revenue and building relationships with new & existing Education accounts.  
  • Making warm and cold calls to prospective customers to promote business via networking and relationship building skills. 
  • Creating, nurturing and developing relationships with the Audio-video teams, decision-makers, and influencers at universities and school districts.  
  • Visiting potential customers, making presentations, and identifying key decision makers.  
  • Demonstrating/ Presenting Biamp solutions, participating in Education trade shows and local events.   
  • Working alongside Sales Reps, Integrators, and Consultants to create opportunities in the Education market.  
  • Working with existing regional managers, partners and integrators to develop and execute strategic account plans to meet monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goals and objectives.  You'll also support with:  
  • Gaining working knowledge, understanding, and programming proficiencies of the Biamp platform. Identifying and cultivating a list of end-users in Higher Education and K-12.
