About the role

BigChange is a leading Field Service Management Software Provider based in Thorpe Park, Leeds. We are currently seeking a Customer Onboarding Manager to join our talented team. As a Customer Onboarding Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth transition for our customers from sales to operations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the implementation of onboarding projects, delivering project management and training to new and existing clients. To be successful in this role, you should be inquisitive and have a strong desire to learn about our core product functionality and service offering. You should also have experience in project management and be technically adept. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential, along with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. At BigChange, we value proactive team players who have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. In this role, you will need to effectively manage objections and customer expectations, as well as deliver through change. Experience in a customer-facing training capacity is highly desirable.
