External Stakeholder Engagement (ESE) Operations Analyst

About this role The External Stakeholder Engagement (ESE) Operations Analyst will be responsible for supporting the US organization with the end-to-end process within Biogen’s ESE tool from submission of engagement through closure.  The Analyst is the primary customer facing role for the US ESE Hub, which supports US Commercial with their ESE submissions and with managing engagements. What you will do:

• Enter engagements into the ESE tool on behalf of the Engagement Owner based upon prioritized needs.
• Manage stakeholders, including escalating background checks, requesting tiers, calculating Fair Market Value, adding Supplier and contracting information.
• Ensure timely upload of fully executed contracts and closing documents.
• Manage timelines for contracting, payments, and closeout and assist S&G team by following up with Engagement Owners as part of the ESE Monitoring plan
• Complete contract templates and send contracts to Health Care Providers or Health Care Organizations and Engagement Owner for signature.
• Escalate questions to Compliance / Legal as necessary.
• Manage contracts within Biogen’s Contract Lifecycle Management system # Qualifications Who You Are
