Head of Product Design

About BlaBlaCar BlaBlaCar is the world’s leading community-based travel app enabling 26 million members a year to carpool or travel by bus in 21 countries. Our team of 800 employees counts over 50 nationalities and is spread across our 5 global offices, 30% working fully remotely. Your mission BlaBlaCar has been evolving over the past years from one vertical product with carpooling to an OTA and aims to become the leading OTA for ground transport (Carpool, Bus, and Train) in all our markets. To lead that transition within our product experience, we’re looking for a Head of Product Design to lead and manage our team of talented product designers (8  people). Your mission will be to define the design strategy, enhance our user experience, and ensure the delivery of stunning and performing products.  You’ll report directly to the VP of Product & Design. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Management, Product Marketing, Engineering, and Marketing to support the overall strategy through impactful design solutions.  The scope includes the full spectrum of BlaBlaCar products: BlaBlaCar app, BlaBlaCar Daily (commuting), BlaBlaCar Zen (short-distance), and internal tools (e.g. Customer Support or Bus driver boarding).
